The Saghro Mountains are famous for their volcanic-shaped rock and peculiar landscape – movie-level scenery and eye-popping experience.
Your journey carries on through the Valley of the Birds, M’Goun Valley, and the Valley of Roses which is culturally rich and favours Ecosystems. The Valley of the Birds is known for its diverse bird population, while the M’Goun Valley is known for the lush greenery of traditional Berbers. The Valley of Roses is known for the aromatic rose blossoms planted for special occasions, spring being one of them.
Having crossed the mountains and valleys, you reach the border of the Sahara Desert in which the distinctive difference between sand dunes and rocky mountains is incredible. The Valley of Dates stands out with palm groves and age-old irrigation systems. What truly catches the eye is the heavenly oasis that it provides among the cruelty and harshness of the desert.
